We thought we would update you in light of the current global situation. In these challenging times, our primary concern is for the safety of all our customers, staff and their loved ones.
We’ve had a number of enquiries, and yes we are still open for business. Our customers are using newsprint products in new and innovative ways, and we want to support them through this. Our aim is always to put safety at the forefront.
As such we’ve brought in a range of new ways of working based on expert guidance. These include:
- Where possible work is to be carried out remotely.
- Manufacturing shifts have been updated to allow for greater social distancing. Due to this, orders may take slightly longer than usual.
- Support has been put in place for staff who have fallen ill or have family members showing symptoms.
Will this affect my orders?
UK deliveries are currently going out on schedule. Overseas shipments will be subject to local situations and may take longer than usual. Our delivery companies are presently operating with a “no contact” service and deliveries will not require signatures.
