How do I place an order?
You can place orders through our website, or you can contact us directly. To place an order online, all you have to do is select your product of choice and upload the design using our upload tool. From there you can proof your design, select your quantities, specify delivery information… then sit back, relax, and wait for your order to arrive.
Do you check the artwork?
We want you to have as much creative freedom in this process as possible, so we don’t check the artwork once it’s uploaded. It’s entirely up to you to decide how you would like your print to look, and to then check over the proof. We recommend using our InDesign templates and checking out our artwork guidelines to avoid any issues, but if you need help then please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Do you offer bespoke quantities and formats that aren’t listed on the site?
Absolutely! We always love to help, and we love a challenge. Feel free to get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. We’re always able to print more copies than listed on the site, so if that’s what you’re after you can fill out a quote request using the following form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please get in touch before you place your order and we can arrange an invoice for you with our details.
I need something on a tight deadline, will it arrive in time?
Don’t worry! In some cases we can even offer same day printing, so get in contact as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed you can easily cancel from your account page. If you need to change your file or information regarding your order please get in contact and we will do our best to help as long as the order hasn’t already been dispatched.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to print all orders twice a week and dispatch all orders within 48 hours, however please allow up to 5-10 working days (just to be on the safe side).
How much do you charge for delivery?
At the moment we are offering free UK delivery on all orders. International shipping cost is calculated at the checkout. If you require special delivery options please get in touch.
Can you ship my order overseas?
Of course, we do this a lot! There may be a slight charge when compared to our UK shipping, but international delivery is no problem at all.
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Your order should arrive within 3-10 working days not including bank holidays (UK). If your order hasn’t arrived, please get in touch and we’ll track down the order for you as a matter of urgency.
