How to Make a Tennis Ball

Seeing as Wimbledon is here and everyone’s talking about Andy Murray, we thought it would be nice to take a look at the process behind the thousands of tennis balls made for the event.

Benedict Redgrove was commissioned to make a film and shoot a set of images by ESPN for Wilson, to show the manufacturing process of their tennis balls for the US Open. (Ok so not Wimbledon but close enough!) As always the camera work is great and the machines are mesmerising. Enjoy!
